Terms of Use

1. What HomePitch is

HomePitch is a lead-generation platform serving Philadelphia, PA. Sellers and buyers post what they need for free; licensed real estate agents compete to earn their business by submitting pitches. HomePitch is not a licensed real estate brokerage and is not a party to any transaction between a seller/buyer and an agent. Listings on HomePitch are off-market, pre-MLS leads, not active MLS listings.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• One account per person. Agents may register only one account per real estate license number.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Sellers and buyers

Posting a listing or buyer request is free. By posting, you agree that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that verified agents will be able to see your listing/request details and contact information in order to submit pitches. You're free to accept, decline, or ignore any pitch — HomePitch doesn't guarantee that any agent will pitch you, or that any pitch will result in a sale, purchase, or any particular outcome.

4. Agents

• You must hold a valid, active Pennsylvania real estate license, and your license number is subject to verification by HomePitch before you're granted access to buyer/seller leads.
• Billing: signing up starts a 30-day free trial ($0 due at signup). On day 31, a one-time $99 activation fee is charged. Starting month 2, a $149/month subscription begins. You can cancel any time during your 30-day trial and won't be charged. Canceling after day 31 stops future charges but doesn't refund fees already billed.
• Pitches you submit (price estimates, commission, marketing plans) are your own representations — HomePitch doesn't review or endorse them.
• You're solely responsible for complying with all real estate licensing laws and regulations that apply to you.

5. Reviews

Buyers and sellers may leave honest reviews of agents they've interacted with. Agents may dispute a review they believe is inaccurate or unfair; HomePitch may investigate and moderate reviews at its discretion. Reviews must be honest accounts of a real interaction — fake or retaliatory reviews may be removed and the posting account may be suspended.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings, requests, or pitches.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your real estate license.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to circumvent license verification or billing.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

HomePitch may suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, for violating these terms.

7. Disclaimers

HomePitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy of listings, buyer requests, agent pitches, or reviews posted by users. Agents are independent licensees, not employees or agents of HomePitch — we're not responsible for the conduct, advice, or services of any agent you engage with through the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomePitch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any transaction or interaction with an agent, buyer, or seller you connect with through HomePitch.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HomePitch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
